Portland Community College Roof Fall Hazard Risk Assessment

LJB performed a fall hazard risk assessment for Portland Community College across several campuses, which included approximately 50 buildings and 2 million square feet of roof area. LJB fall protection experts assessed the roofs to identify fall hazards associated with accessing the roofs and performing maintenance tasks on the roof or building façade. The initial assessment was completed utilizing an unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV). The data collected was used to create a 3-D model of each building roof and allowed for accurate dimensions to be collected from the safety of the office.
