LJB, as a subconsultant to EnviroScience, Inc. is providing state and/or federal threatened and endangered species surveys and reporting as part of a two-year task order contract. Particular emphasis is on the following surveys: bat surveys, mussel surveys, botanical surveys (including rare plants), ecological survey reports (ODOT Level 1/2/3 ESRs), and biological assessments required for Endangered Species Act consultation. LJB assisted with the formal consultation document for the Northern long-eared and Indiana bat for the Portsmouth Bypass Project, a biological assessment for the clubshell, rayed bean, and snuffbox mussels and several large scale mussel survey and relocation projects.
