Caesar Creek Vineyards – Lake and Dam Repairs

  •    •    •

The tranquil setting of this winery property was marred when the failure of the lake’s outlet pipe began eroding a hole in the access road. LJB worked with the property owner to make corrections to the lake and dam and to design a replacement outlet pipe for the failed existing CMP outlet pipe. Part of the solution included temporarily draining the lake’s water into a lower lake. LJB used traditional survey equipment from a boat in the lake, as well as UAS (drone) technology, to collect necessary project data.
