LJB designed the extension of Vienna Parkway from its current terminus within a residential area to connect with a heavily traveled state route (SR 741) and to improve access for a new senior housing development. The project included a new roadway cross section and the addition of right turn lanes on both legs of the intersection. The project also included sidewalks, the extension of a 12-inch water main, and a new mast arm traffic signal at the intersection with the state route.
