LJB designed the layout of this 162-acre sports complex including the entrance into the complex, parking lots and public roadway improvements from State Route 380.
This complex of seven synthetic turf fields, for use with the Athletes in Action program, includes two regulation soccer fields; two baseball fields with dugouts, bleachers and lighting; two softball fields with dugouts, bleachers and lighting; and one football/soccer stadium with an eight-lane running track, bleachers and lighting.
Each of the fields also has under-drainage systems. Project scope included site design, survey, grading, stormwater management and utility design relocation.
